Committed to discovering and enhancing the potential of the professionals of tomorrow, Total Nigeria plc created the Total Job Shadow program, dedicated to senior secondary school students, enrolled in local public schools.

The program aims to provide students with guidance in choosing a career, by exposing them to the actual work environment and providing them with the opportunity to learn about the various careers paths that are available to them.

The Job Shadow program continues in 2020, but it will take place online, due to the current sanitary context. Since it was created in 2014, it trained 210 students, from 20 public schools in 5 states.
