In June 2020, the Maternity unit of the Madeleine Mouissou Integrated Health Center, the intensive care unit and the modular unit at the Adolphe Sicé hospital were officially inaugurated after 5 weeks of work.

This action comes to the support of Congo in the context of the COVID-19 sanitary crisis, Adolphe Sicé being the main hospital in Pointe-Noire that receives serious cases. Total carried out at the hospital a series of works, notably on the rehabilitation of the intensive care unit, the complete revision of the air conditioning system, the repair of the plumbing system and of the roof.
